As Eurasian Projects, in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK"), it is one of our primary goals to ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal data. Accordingly, we process and protect your personal data in accordance with the law, within the framework of legal regulations. Eurasian Projects, acting as the data controller, processes your personal data within the framework stated below.
2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data
The personal data collected by you is processed for the purpose of providing services related to international real estate projects and auctions within Eurasian Projects. In particular, your personal data may be used for the following purposes:
• Providing information and making offers about real estate projects,
• Management of real estate auctions and auction processes,
• Execution of processes for project development and contracting services,
• Presenting suitable real estate projects to potential customers,
• Evaluating customer demands and feedback,
• Fulfillment of contracts and legal obligations.
3. Collection Method and Legal Reason for Personal Data

Destruction operations will be carried out in accordance with data retention and destruction policies.

Within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK, as personal data owners, you can exercise your following rights by applying to Eurasian Projects:
• Learning whether your personal data is being processed or not,
• Requesting information if your personal data has been processed,
• Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,
• Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
• Requesting correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
• Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data,
• Objecting to the emergence of a result that is unfavorable to the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,
• Request compensation for damage in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.
